Glass clamps are generally suitable for glass with a thickness of 12mm. You can make it suitable for 8mm and 10mm thick glass doors by adding pad paper. There are also door clamps that can clamp 15mm thick glass.
1. The outer shell of glass clamps can be divided into three types: stainless steel shell, aluminum shell and iron shell. Stainless steel shell is the best, followed by aluminum alloy shell. Iron shells are cheaper but easier to rust.
2. The surface treatment on the shell include mirror light, sand light, titanium gold, sand gold, rose gold, etc. We can do a variety of surface treatments, according to customer needs.
3. The casting of the door clamps are generally made of with three materials: iron, aluminum and stainless steel. Aluminum parts and iron parts are the most widely used. Aluminum parts have the highest price, the best use effect and service life. Iron parts are cheaper, but the material is easier to rust. Some manufacturers also use rubber or PVC materials to reduce costs.
4. According to the material, the pad paper can be divided into four types: paper pad, asbestos pad, non-asbestos pad and rubber pad. The lock clamp pads are 1.0mm, 1.2mm, and 1.5mm, and the others are 2mm.
5. According to its use, the chuck of the door clamp can be divided into four types : lower chuck, upper chuck, top chuck and curved chuck.
